My journey into real estate and working with The Martin Agency first started when it crossed paths with my job in the legal field. As a real estate paralegal for a local law firm in Stratford, I gained extensive knowledge about the ins and outs of real estate transactions, including mortgage underwriting processes, title work and legal documentation pertinent to completing a purchase or sale of property. Experiencing the later stages of a real estate deal inspired me to become knowledgeable about the initial stages as well, and so began my journey of obtaining my own real estate license. Not only did I want to be able to utilize what I had learned in the legal world, but I also wanted to share in the experience of bringing people together and assisting them with their goals. As someone who grew up in Stratford, I am quite familiar with the town and the surrounding Fairfield/New Haven County area. I’ve seen a lot of growth and activity in our area over the past several years and am eager to help those who are looking to expand that growth. Whether it be a retailer, restaurant, manufacturer or business service, I welcome the opportunity to assist those looking to make advancements in our area. Clients deserve the full service and attention that only a dedicated professional can provide. My goal with The Martin Agency is to give clients the best real estate experience they have ever had and to make any transaction run as seamless and smoothly as possible. My boundless enthusiasm coupled with my can-do attitude make for an effective combination.
