On top of purchasing, selling, and leasing commercial buildings, we help investors develop new properties from the ground up and offer management services once they’re up and running. As of today, we have offices in Bridgeport, New Haven, Stamford, and Stratford; however our work far exceeds Connecticut state lines. We’ve consulted and brokered deals in Florida, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and now Dubai! Ray has recently earned licensure with DAMAC Properties, a luxury real estate developer in The United Arab Emirates. Commercial real estate regulations tend to be much more favorable to both the investor and the landlord in the UAE, so this new venture is something all of us at TMA are very excited about.
