Since its establishment in 2007, The Martin Agency has become Connecticut’s only boutique luxury commercial real estate firm. We work with world-class developers, architects, and clients to manage, broker, and consult on a variety of projects.
At its core, The Martin Agency is committed to high performance. Our founder, Ray Martin, began with a simple goal: shake up the market. He introduced state of the art practices and a more modern professional atmosphere to the stagnant and otherwise outdated commercial real estate market in Connecticut.
At TMA, our number one priority is helping real estate investors best manage both their properties and their financial decisions. On top of purchasing, selling, and leasing commercial buildings, we help investors develop new properties from the ground up and offer management services once they’re up and running. Each member of our diverse team is highly-trained and offers a unique expertise to help you reach your goals, including real estate tax planning and an in-house 1031 exchange strategist.
As of today, we have offices in Bridgeport, New Haven, Stamford, and Stratford; however our work far exceeds Connecticut state lines. We’ve consulted and brokered deals in Florida, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and now Dubai! Ray has recently earned licensure with DAMAC Properties, a luxury real estate developer in The United Arab Emirates. Commercial real estate regulations tend to be much more favorable to both the investor and the landlord in the UAE, so this new venture is something all of us at TMA are very excited about.
